25 More Days Until Valentines Day! Are...
Island Oasis Oatmeal
I love oatmeal because you can give it a make over and change it up every time you eat it! It is also a great way to stay full.
Another great thing about oatmeal is that you can eat it anytime of the day! It’s a perfect breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner!
For breakfast this morning I had a delicious tropical oatmeal blend! I never skip breakfast and I love making it a little different everyday.

How to Re-Wear Your Prom Dress!
I made these little dessert cones the other night! They are adorable, tasty, and low calorie! I was surprised that these cones were only 15 calories. All you need is 1 pudding snack pack per cone, it doesn’t matter what flavor you choose! I took The cones and dipped them into flavored Chobani yogurt and rolled them in toppings. I froze the cones so the yogurt would harden and the toppings would fall off before serving. When they were finally frozen I added the pudding inside! My favorite part was the bottom of the cone! Yum:)
